What’s new in Axual 2025.4?

In the winter release of Axual Platform, exciting new features are introduced:

  • Enhanced schema handling

    • Improved normalisation to prevent duplicate schemas during upload

    • Redesigned Schema Catalog with enhanced UI

    • Schema version change notifications for Application Owners when Topic Owners update schemas

  • Topic Browse enhancements

    • Messages can now be sorted by timestamps

  • KSML self-service integration

    • Configurable persistent volumes (PV) per application

      • Kafka Streams Reset cleans the PV

      • Deleting an application cleans the PV

    • Direct links to relevant documentation in the UI

    • Configurable notifications for failing KSML applications

    • KSML Application Owners can monitor CPU and memory usage of their running applications

  • Topic CSV exports now include an 'orphan' column to identify topics without authorized producers or consumers

  • New documentation guide for upgrading to Kafka 4.x.x

  • Tenant Admins can view all other administrators for compliance reporting

  • Numerous bug fixes and UI improvements
