Keystore Provider

The Axual Keystore Provider is an Init Container used to generate certificate-keystores or truststores from Kubernetes Secrets into a p12 format that Java applications can use.
The component is gradually phased out with Axual components becoming directly capable of using Kubernetes Secrets

Configuration is largely set in the defaults, expect to switch the image repository configuration.
