How to troubleshoot deployment
Troubleshooting the platform deployment can be done at multiple levels. The following scenarios can be referenced when attempting to troubleshoot your own deployment:
The Axual Helm Self-Service is throwing Timeout exception
In case you get timeout-exception
while browsing https://platform.local/login/axual
, you can check that the loopback interface has been set properly.
ifconfig | grep 192.168.99.100
It should be something like this:
inet 192.168.99.100 netmask 0xffffffff
